OsamCamp employs multi-layer fraud detection systems to ensure quality traffic across all campaigns. Payouts are subject to strict verification before release.

• Billcamp Verification: All conversion numbers in the Billcamp panel must match advertiser quality scores. Any discrepancy leads to immediate payout rejection and account review.
• Reporting Integrity: Manipulation of reporting data, postback parameters, or click/conversion timestamps will result in permanent account termination.
• Multi-Account Detection: Operating multiple publisher accounts is strictly prohibited. All linked accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.
• IP & Device Fingerprinting: Repeated conversions from identical IP ranges or device fingerprints will be flagged as fraudulent.

All promotions must be executed cleanly and as per the Insertion Order (IO) instructions provided for each campaign.

• Allowed Sources: Social media, push notifications, native ads, SEO, email (with opt-in), and approved media buying channels.
• Prohibited Sources: Adult traffic, incentivized traffic (unless IO allows), pop-under without approval, brand bidding, toolbar installs, and misleading creatives.
• Creative Compliance: Publishers must use only OsamCamp-approved creatives and landing pages. Custom creatives require prior written approval.
• Geo Restrictions: Traffic must match the campaign's target geography. Non-compliant geo traffic will be rejected without payment.
• Sub-Publisher Liability: If you run traffic via sub-affiliates, you are solely responsible for their traffic quality.

• Taxation: 6% Equalisation Levy & statutory TDS (as applicable) will be deducted from all payouts.
• Invoice Requirement: Publishers earning above ₹50,000/month may be required to submit a valid GST invoice.
• Billing Cycle Selection: Weekly payments are available for publishers with consistent daily traffic. Net-15 is the default billing cycle.
• Payment Hold: OsamCamp reserves the right to hold payments for up to 30 days for quality verification on new publishers.
• Chargebacks: If an advertiser reverses payment due to quality issues, the corresponding amount will be deducted from future payouts.

• Cap Communication: Daily caps are communicated via dashboard or direct message. It is the publisher's responsibility to monitor caps in real-time.
• Cap Reset: Caps reset daily at 12:00 AM IST unless otherwise specified.
• Over-Cap Claims: No claims for over-cap delivery will be entertained unless prior written approval was obtained.
• Pause Compliance: When a campaign is paused, publishers must stop traffic immediately. Conversions received after pause will not be compensated.

• Professional Conduct: Publishers must maintain professional communication with the OsamCamp team. Abusive behavior will result in account suspension.
• Account Sharing: Publisher accounts are non-transferable. Sharing credentials with third parties is grounds for immediate termination.
• Termination by Publisher: Publishers may request account closure at any time. Pending approved earnings will be paid within 30 days.
• Termination by OsamCamp: We reserve the right to terminate any account immediately if fraud is detected, without obligation to pay pending earnings.
• Reactivation: Terminated accounts may apply for reactivation after 90 days, subject to review and at OsamCamp's sole discretion.

• Data Collection: OsamCamp collects publisher information (name, email, payment details) solely for operational purposes.
• No Data Selling: We do not sell or share publisher personal data with third parties beyond what's required for payment processing.
• Campaign Confidentiality: Payout rates, campaign names, and advertiser details must never be shared publicly or with competing networks.
• Security: Publishers must use strong passwords and enable all available security features on their accounts.

• Dispute Window: Any payout disputes must be raised within 7 days of the payment date. Disputes after this window will not be entertained.
• Evidence Required: Publishers must provide click logs, conversion proof, and traffic source details when raising a dispute.
• Resolution Timeline: OsamCamp will respond to disputes within 5 business days and aim for resolution within 15 business days.
• Final Decision: In case of unresolved disputes, OsamCamp's decision based on Billcamp data shall be final and binding.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

• Acceptance: Continued use of the OsamCamp platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
